I ran some clear red ABS like resin on my Saturn 4 Ultra for a job I was working on. Well with 25 seconds for the initial layer, I had to chisel the parts off the build plate. I did a little research and came across Wham Bam. I was a bit skeptical, read some experiences were there was no adhesion, metal plate moved, magnet detached on the first try...and so on, but the more I read the more I saw that it was user error. Took a chance and ordered the Wham Bam XTR Flexible Built system. Package arrived quickly. I made sure to follow all instructions, which were very straight forward. I did let the magnet plate adhere to the build plate for well over the required 72 hrs while I waited on some resin to arrive. Followed all directions and got to printing. As soon as I flexed the metal build plate...the parts just slide right off. This thing is amazing. Remove plate, flex, parts come right off, wipe, and back to printing. No more using metal scrapers, razor blades, chisels and hammer...I love this system. Going to order another XTR kit for the extra build plate once it arrives. My only issue is that I wish there a couple of pieces of sand paper that are the same or a bit larger than the build plate included with the system, Either way...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic plate !

Ran into an issue with my Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra since it detected a foreign object after install. Found a firmware update that fixed the issue and now I am able to print directly onto the printed and have absolutely no issues removing the parts. Thanks Wham Bam!..

I purchased for my QIDI I-box and another one for my S-box,since the day I purchased these qidi large format printers there has never ben a happy setting with sticking and removal either parts would not stick period or I would have to use a hammer and razor blade to remove parts,I have a permanent bloody hole on the side of my thumb every time I removed a part it would hit the plate causing bleeding injury,I despised and was terrified of using these printers because of this issue,now I can set the bottom layers high enough to stick and be able to remove the parts with no tools and no more bleeding,I have ben looking at these plates for quite some years and now wish I would have purchased these when I first saw them,I now have them on all my resin printers they are a absolute necessary accessory,and also the other accessory they sell like the rubber spatula and vat weight and splash mats,I purchased are a absolute dream to use

Having this I enjoy doing a lot more 3D prints without all the messy glue clean up. Plus I really like the texture of the print from the plate

The XTR plate work great has enough magnetic force to get the job done perfectly. I have been using it for over a month now and it has been a work horse, would definitely recommend this to anyone. I have an elegoo saturn ultra 4 and side from installing the patch via usb it was pretty straightforward

I've had problems with PEI sheets "pulling up" from the underlying steel sheet, and I was hoping that the added stiffness of the carbon-fiber layer in this plate would prevent that. It does. Even after printing a bunch of warp-prone PA/PC parts the plate remains dead flat. It works as advertised.

w.r.t. the review complaining that it's not a solid CF plate, you wouldn't want one. For starters a 100% CF plate wouldn't stick to the heating plate. Second, it would be prone to chipping and cracking due to CF's lower toughness in relation to steel

I preordered the textured and smooth plate in hopes of a better quality plate compared to stock, and those hopes have been met completely. These are the best plates I’ve ever used! Superior adhesion, easy to clean and just an all around great printing experience while using. Would highly recommend!

If you own a K2 you know the build plate is trash. Get this and your problems are over. I have had no more issues related to bed adhesion since getting this build plate. I would recommend.
