Shipping policy

We have 2 Shipping Centers:

• Florida, US - All US orders will ship from our South Florida office, and you will receive your choice of USPS or UPS shipping methods at checkout. 

• China - Ships to most other countries and takes an average of 10 days processing time, which is included in your delivery window quoted at checkout.

Unless identified as a prepaid service, buyers outside the US are responsible for any taxes and import duties—no refunds of uncollected customs packages.
