New, un-used products can be returned for a refund or credit within 60 days of purchase. Please contact info@whambamsystems.com to start the return process.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties on international orders. No refunds of uncollected customs packages.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be sure the kit size selected will work on your machine. Measure your bed, and see if you are happy with the size you are ordering, be aware that on one side you will have 2 tabs that stick out another 15mm. When in doubt cut out a piece of paper to the size of the kit you are interested in ordering and overlay this on your machine to check fit. It is possible to mount our kits on a larger bed, just be aware that you will have a reduced printing area. It is also possible to mount our kits on slightly smaller beds; you can carefully trim the Magnetic Base, but the Flexi Plate will stick over your edges, be sure that there are no obstructions such as vertical frame elements, and it is advisable not to have more than 10mms overhang per side to avoid warping. Wham Bam is not responsible for mistakenly ordered sizes.
If the Wham Bam product you purchased is defective, Wham Bam Systems LLC will replace it at no charge within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover any product that has been lost, stolen, or damaged by accident, misuse, or modification. To request a replacement for a defective product, you must provide a detailed explanation with photographs of all issues with your product to technical@WhamBamSystems.com so we can review your case and determine if the product was indeed defective. Wham Bam Systems is the sole entity of the validity of claims and has the right to refuse return requests if we feel the request does not meet our requirements.
In all other respects, Wham Bam products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Wham Bam Systems LLC does not warrant that Wham Bam products will meet your requirements or that their use in any way will be error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of Wham Bam products is with you.
Our products and components are considered consumables and as such will not be considered for return if worn or damaged during use.
Wham Bam Systems LLC will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Wham Bam Systems LLC or its representative shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This means, for example, that Wham Bam Systems LLC will not be responsible or liable for damages or costs incurred as a result of loss of time, loss of data, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of software, loss of use of hardware, claims by others, inconvenience, or similar costs.
As with any modification to any machine, installation is at the customer’s own discretion and risk and should be attempted only with this understanding.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event will Wham Bam Systems LLC’s liability for any damages to you or any other person or entity ever exceed the price paid for the Wham Bam products purchased regardless of the form of the claim.
This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Wham Bam Systems LLC which supersedes any prior proposal.
