THE BIRTH OF THE ULTIM8™ JIG

The ULTIM8™ JIG was born from real-world frustration.

After nearly a year of hands-on testing with the EufyMake E1, one of Wham Bam's key collaborators, Jeff Turner repeatedly encountered the same issues: slow setup, inconsistent alignment, and a lack of repeatability that made even simple jobs take longer than they should.

Instead of accepting those limitations, Jeff began sketching solutions—asking how the experience could be easier, more fun, and more productive without compromising precision.

When Jeff shared the concept with Peter, the alignment was immediate. Together, they refined, engineered, tested, and reworked the system until it met Wham Bam’s standards for durability, precision, and real-world usability.

No shortcuts. No compromises. Just a better workflow.

ABOUT JEFF TURNER

Jeff Turner brings together engineering rigor, hands-on testing, and real-world workflow insight.

An engineer with a background in law, Jeff brings together technical depth, structured thinking, and a relentless drive to improve how things work. He is deeply passionate about 3D printing and making, and has spent years beta testing, advising, and collaborating with Wham Bam Systems and other respected companies in the industry.

Jeff’s approach aligns perfectly with Wham Bam’s mission. He focuses on removing friction, simplifying workflows, and making tools that feel intuitive and repeatable. Through his company, Psycho3D, Jeff takes bold ideas and pushes them through real-world testing until they become practical, manufacturable, and reliable products.
