Excellent adhesion
I'm using this plate on a Sovol SV Zero with a minor bed mod to allow the plate to site level.
So far, I've printed PETG, TPU, ABS and ASA, all had excellent adhesion.
This is a a great Matt, perfect thickness and superb flexibility. I actually use mine to protect a stainless steel outer shelf on my smoker and to make for quick cleaning. I love it!
I keep this on my electronics workbench. It provides a nice non-slip surface, and small dropped parts tend to not bounce away.
Also useful when soldering some things that don't fit my vice, I can just do them flat on the bench.
I got this to replace a diy one I made a few years ago. This is much a much better unit. It holds the resin tray well. I also got the silicone funnel and printed the funnel holder from Wham Bam’s model, which really make this nicer to use.
I strictly print ASA on a X1C and have found this plate to be the all around best option. From adhesion to release, hands down the only plate I will use for this material.
Had a clogged hot end and I didn't have a tool that would fit in. I tried a small screw driver and an Allen wrench before searching online to find the correct tool to use. The Nozzle Maintenance kit works as they are designed to. It took me a few minutes to get the stubborn clog of PLA out of my Spyder hot end on an Ender 3 V2 Neo using the tool. I have been using the Ultimaker S5 since it became available for purchase. A Flexplate system is by far the best "upgrade" you can get to for the Ultimaker S-series. Really streamlines the workflow.
Priced as if they are made out of solid gold, but still worth every penny.
I always used the bambu labs PEI but the last year the quality has really gone downhill. They fall apart real fast now. I have a side hustle Etsy shop and I need a reliable plate that will last a long time. These Flexi PEX plates fit the bill. ASA, CoPE, ABS just fall right off a cooled down plate. No issues. I print 24/7 and the only maintenance needed is a very rarer scuffing with the provided pad. I highly recommend! I have upgraded all of my printers to these plates now.
